Year 4 throughly enjoyed learning about Vincent Van Gough and his legacy. As you can see, we worked very hard to recreate his famous painting 'Stary Night' by using the same type of brush strokes and techniques. We were so impressed by the results #soar #stbartsway

For their Legacy Day Year 1 focussed on the artist Henry Matisse. They created their own "Snail" pictures, before making Christmas trees in the style of Matisse #soar #stbartsway
During today's Legacy Day, Puffins learn about Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. They created dotty art work inspired by her art work and learnt about her life. #soar #stbartsway

Years 5 and 6 thoroughly enjoyed rwbacademy Christmas Concert this morning and left feeling extremely festive after listening to some incredible music. What remarkable talent! We were blown away by the children's musical ability and inspired to learn more about musical instruments. #stbartsway #soar
